As Swim School Manager you will take responsibility for the successful operation and ongoing growth of your location. You'll play a key role in creating a positive customer experience, developing a high-performing team and ensuring our swim school continues to deliver quality learn-to-swim programs to the community.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Driving enrolment growth, customer retention and overall business performance.
- Leading, supporting and developing a team of swim instructors and customer service staff.
- Building strong relationships with families and delivering outstanding customer service.
- Managing daily operations, staff rostering and resource allocation.
- Monitoring performance against targets and implementing strategies to achieve results.
- Maintaining high standards of safety, compliance and operational excellence.
- Creating a positive, accountable and supportive team culture.
- Identifying opportunities to improve the business and strengthen its position in the community.
