Stamford Plaza Sydney Airport is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Casual Commis Chef to join our Kitchen Team. You will work alongside our experienced chefs to assist with food preparation, cooking and service across multiple outlets, including La Boca Restaurant & Bar, banquets and Room Service.
Ideal candidates hold a recognised Commercial Cookery qualification, have at least two years in a similar kitchen role, and possess solid knowledge of food safety, hygiene and HACCP.
