An experienced, reliable and organised Accounts & Office Administrator to support the day-to-day accounts and administration functions across Sitehawk Security and Stallions Window Industries. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who is confident working independently, has excellent attention to detail and is comfortable communicating with builders, customers and suppliers.
Key responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounts administration for both businesses using MYOB
Create and issue invoices accurately and on time
Enter and maintain financial information in MYOB
Record and reconcile payments
Monitor outstanding accounts and overdue invoices
Follow up builders and customers regarding outstanding payments
Maintain accurate accounts receivable records
Provide management with regular updates on outstanding payments
Maintain existing Excel spreadsheets for both businesses
About you
Proven experience using MYOB in an accounts/bookkeeping role
Previous experience in accounts, bookkeeping or office administration
Experience with invoicing and accounts receivable
Experience following up overdue accounts and payments
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organisational and time‑management skills
Professional communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage priorities across two businesses
Reliable, proactive and trustworthy
