STAKD Automotive is a busy well-established Panel Shop on the Sunshine Coast currently on the hunt for a new full-time staff member to join our dynamic team. We are currently seeking an experienced Motor Vehicle Estimator to join our team. As a key member of the workshop, you will bring technical expertise, leadership capability, and fantastic customer skills, helping us maintain the high standards our clients expect.
Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm with an early finish at 1:00 pm on Fridays. Salary is $100,000+ dependant on the right qualifications and experience.
Duties include:
- Accurately quote vehicles in a timely manner using both traditional and modern quoting methods.
- Liaise with customer representatives and assessors to negotiate and amend quotes as per repair authorities to ensure best repair method is achieved.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve optimal business outcomes.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience working with iBodyshop, PartsCheck and/or Audanet.
- A comprehensive understanding of motor vehicle repair techniques.
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills are required for the successful applicant.
- Excellent customer service skills and phone manner.
- Must have the right to work in Australia.
