Description:

A boutique hotel based in Gold Coast is seeking a motivated individual to join their front desk and guest services team. The successful candidate will support the front desk operations of a luxury hotel by assisting guests with check-ins and inquiries, delivering professional customer service, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming guest experience. This role offers valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner upon arrival and departure.
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures while ensuring accurate reservation and payment processing.
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Manage phone calls, emails, and booking inquiries while providing accurate hotel and local information.
• Maintain front desk records, reservations, and guest accounts with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other hotel departments to ensure smooth daily operations and guest satisfaction.
• Support the team in delivering high-quality customer service and maintaining luxury hospitality standards.

Requirements:

• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and handle guest inquiries professionally.
• Professional presentation skills and a positive, friendly demeanor.
• Basic administrative and computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and booking systems.
