About the Role
We're looking for an organised, commercially minded Account Manager to manage and support an established portfolio of clients.
This role is suited to someone who relishes working independently with experience in the apparel, uniform or fashion industry who enjoys building strong relationships, delivering outstanding service and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts.
You'll work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered seamlessly from enquiry through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Deliver exceptional customer service and account support.
Grow existing accounts and identify new business opportunities.
Achieve sales and KPI targets.
Coordinate client projects from enquiry to delivery.
Conduct garment fittings and product presentations.
Maintain accurate client information within NetSuite ERP.
Represent Tailored By Stafford with professionalism and integrity.
About You
You'll bring:
3+ years' experience in the apparel, uniform or fashion industry.
Experience in Account Management, Customer Success or Business Development.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
Commercial understanding of pricing, costing, budgets, MOQs and timelines.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (NetSuite experience is an advantage).
The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.

Freedom to own the role and have independence
Hybrid work based in Collingwood, Melbourne (minimum 3 days on-site).
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm.
