About the Role:
As a member of our award-winning team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service for our MASE (Meetings & Special Events) functions. Roles are also available on Major Events days spread across our Premium Hospitality Spaces, including:
- Hospitality Rooms
- Suites and Open Corporate Boxes
- Event Set Up
Each area offers unique service styles, requiring a versatile and dynamic workforce to maintain our ‘Fans First’ experience.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience & Skills:
- 2+ years' experience working floor or bar service in a fine dining restaurant, function venue or hotel is required, and you must hold a valid RSA.
Availability:
- We need team members who are available to work across various functions running 7 days a week. Functions can start as early as 6am for breakfasts and finish as late as 3am for gala balls.
Attitude:
- A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Nationally Accredited RSA
- Full working rights in Australia
- Aged 18 years or over
- Minimum 2 years' experience as Food & Beverage Attendant in a fine dining restaurant, function venue or hotel (does not include fast food outlets)
