St Vincent's Private Hospital Brisbane – Sydney CBD NSW is seeking a Registered Nurse – Community Nursing to deliver high-quality home and clinic care for patients after hospital discharge. You will work in Post Acute Care and Community Nursing, supporting recovery and independence in the community from Sydney-based settings.
The role is permanent part-time, 24 hours per week with 3 shifts, 08:00-16:30 on a rotating roster.
