St Vincent's Hospital Sydney – Sydney CBD NSW is seeking a Social Worker to join the Alcohol and Drug Service, Community Outpatient, in Darlinghurst. The role delivers psychosocial assessments, counselling, and health education for people who use stimulants, using trauma-informed and harm minimisation approaches.
You will work within a multidisciplinary team to develop care plans, provide therapeutic support and group programs, and coordinate referrals, with a max term contract until June 2027
