St Vincent's Health Australia – Melbourne VIC is seeking an Enrolled Nurse Graduate Program Coordinator to mentor and coordinate EN graduates, building robust workforce pipelines across four acute care sites in Melbourne. The role is full-time for 12 months, working with the education team and other coordinators.
The successful candidate will lead preceptor supervision training, provide clinical and academic guidance, and promote retention of graduate nurses while collaborating with education.
