About the Role

As Director Special Works, you will be a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, responsible for setting the strategic direction, performance and long-term sustainability of our homelessness, housing and community inclusion services. You will also play an important role in shaping new initiatives, building partnerships across government and the community sector, and influencing better outcomes for people experiencing homelessness, housing insecurity, poverty and social exclusion.

About You

You are a proven executive leader with substantial experience in community services, housing, homelessness, human services or a related sector. You bring exceptional strategic and commercial acumen, experience leading complex service portfolios and a demonstrated ability to influence change across organisations and systems. You are recognised for building high-performing teams, fostering strong stakeholder relationships and delivering meaningful social outcomes. Above all, you are committed to the values and mission of the Society and to creating opportunities for people experiencing disadvantage to thrive.
