Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:45am to 5:15pm & Sunday 9:15 to 5:15pm
Hourly rate: $34.30 base rate + Tax reducing salary package

- Good computer skills.
- A current driver's licence (mandatory).
About the role:
We are currently seeking a retail superstar to lead a diverse team of volunteers in our Footscray shop! You will lead a team of staff and volunteers who are just as passionate about giving back to their communities as you will be!
Key responsibilities:
- Leading our volunteer team to deliver a memorable experience with our customers.
- Striving for, meeting and beating sales targets.
- Training and supporting our dedicated team of volunteers.
- Perform the physical demands of the role, including standing/walking for extended periods, safely moving loaded cages, bales and furniture and lifting/carrying items up to 15kg.
