St Johns Park Medical Centre in Sydney's Western Suburbs is seeking a friendly RN (APHRA registered) to join our practice.
You will provide triage, develop Chronic Disease Management Plans & Health Assessments, monitor the cold chain, and maintain the highest standard of patient service.
Essential: APHRA registration, minimum 1 year experience in a medical centre, immunisation qualifications, current CPR, WWCC and Police Check; infection prevention and Best Practice knowledge are advantageous.
