St John of God Ballarat Hospital in Ballarat, VIC, Australia seeks an experienced Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) for its Surgical & Midwifery Ward on a permanent full-time basis. The role leads nursing practice, coordinates ward activities and supports education while ensuring safe, compassionate care.
The successful RN and/or RM will work with a multidisciplinary team under the Nurse Unit Manager, driving clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
