The Role

You’ll deliver engaging first aid and CPR training across workplaces, schools, and community settings throughout Queensland. Your sessions will be practical, interactive, and scenario‑based — helping learners build real confidence, not just complete a certificate.

You’ll:

  • Adapt training to different industries and learning styles
  • Travel to client locations as required
  • Help people gain skills that could save a life

  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Confidence facilitating groups and engaging learners
  • A professional, reliable, and positive approach
  • Commitment to safety, inclusion, and quality training

You’ll also need:

  • Current First Aid & CPR certification
  • Blue Card (or ability to obtain)

  • Driver’s Licence

Why This Role Stands Out

Many RTOs rely heavily on contractors, oversized classes, and volume-based delivery. We do things differently. St John is trusted across Queensland because we prioritise quality training, practical capability, and genuine learner outcomes. Our trainers are supported, valued, and part of a team — not left to manage everything alone. Help us build safer communities, one learner at a time.
