About ACC

Australian Christian College (ACC) is a protestant, non-denominational Christian Education Organisation. Its mission is to develop each student spiritually, academically, socially, and physically, enabling them to flourish and become positive influences in the world. ACC is committed to excellence in education, ensuring students are 'well known, well loved, and well taught' by dedicated, trained Christian staff.

ACC is part of Christian Education Ministries, with 14 schools across 5 states, and is the largest non-government Distance Education provider in Australia.

About ACC Marsden Park

ACC Marsden Park is a K-12, co-educational Christian school located in Sydney's North West corridor. It features a semi-rural setting that is experiencing growth and development. Currently, over 1300 students learn on-campus, and over 700 via Distance Education. The school has a strategic plan for future growth.

About our Culture

Our College-Wide Teaching and Learning framework is built around three "Signature Pedagogies": Explicit Direct Instruction, Specific Targeted Feedback, and Thinking Through Writing. Our pedagogical approach is informed by Cognitive Load Theory and influenced by experts such as Hollingsworth and Ybarra, Lemov, Hochman and Wexler, and Michaela Community School in London.

Staff are supported by an in-house pedagogical coaching team, fostering an open professional learning culture where staff collaborate and exchange feedback. The College invests in a technology-rich educational ecosystem to enhance learning for students and teachers.

We invite dedicated professionals to join our team and encourage you to learn more about our College and culture to see if you align with our vision.
