We are seeking expressions of interest from enthusiastic, adaptable and committed teachers who would like to join our Casual Relief Teacher (CRT) register. Casual Relief Teachers play an important role in maintaining continuity of learning and supporting students across a range of learning areas. This is an excellent opportunity for educators who enjoy working in a collaborative and supportive school environment while making a positive contribution to student learning and wellbeing.
About the role
- Deliver engaging learning experiences using lesson plans provided by classroom teachers.
- Maintain a positive, safe and inclusive learning environment.
- Support student engagement and uphold the College's expectations for learning and behaviour.
- Build positive relationships with students and colleagues.
- Be available to work on a casual, as-needed basis across a range of subject areas.
About you
- Hold current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration.
- Demonstrate effective classroom management and strong communication skills.
- Be flexible, reliable and able to adapt to different teaching contexts.
- Support and uphold the Catholic ethos and values of the College.
- Be committed to child safety and the wellbeing of all students.
