This role focuses on enabling residents to remain active and independent, aligning with our Living Well, Their Way philosophy.
The ideal candidate values dignity, kindness and person-centred care and enjoys building relationships with older adults in a multidisciplinary setting. 2 days per week (Thu & Fri) at the Aegean Village location.
