We’re looking for a casual Chef to join our kitchen team at our busy coastal brewery. If you love fresh, uncomplicated food, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and want to be part of a fun team in a laid-back coastal setting, we’d love to hear from you.
The role
As a Casual Chef, you’ll work alongside our kitchen team to deliver great-quality food for brewery guests, locals and visitors. You’ll be involved in everything from prep and service to maintaining a clean, organised kitchen.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and cooking food to a consistently high standard
- Assisting with daily prep and kitchen operations
- Working efficiently during busy service periods
- Following food safety and hygiene standards
- Keeping the kitchen clean, organised and well stocked
- Working collaboratively with the wider kitchen and front-of-house teams
