SSP Australia is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Kitchen Hands to join our teams across our Sydney Airport Terminal 2 venues on a part-time / full-time basis. You’ll play an important role in supporting our kitchen teams with food preparation, cleaning, dishwashing and maintaining a clean and organised kitchen, helping ensure smooth and efficient service across our airport F&B outlets. Supported by experienced kitchen leaders, you’ll work as part of a collaborative and energetic team in a fast-paced airport environment. We have a variety of shifts available, including early mornings, afternoons and evenings.

- Brasserie Bread
- Pete's Pie

- Yo! Sushi
What skills and experience are we looking for?
- 1 year experience as a Kitchen Attendant/ Food Handling/ Food Preparation or in a similar role
- Salad, Sandwich preparation skills
- Knowledge in WHS Compliance and strong understanding of food safety and practices
- Have a passion for food and an eagerness to learn and develop culinary skills
- Excellent time management skills, strong communication skills and collaborative work mentality
- A lively personality and positive attitude
