About the Role
- We're currently seeking
- Chefs and/or Cooks to join our huge multi venue operations located at
- Gold Coast Airport . Working across six cafes, restaurants and bars we have
- Part Time or
Full-Time basis depending on experience and availability.
You will be supported by a great leadership team and work collaboratively with a professional Head Chef and highly experienced culinary team.
As an ideal candidate, you will be an experienced and professional team player with a can-do attitude and a commitment towards achieving outstanding results.

- Paradox Bar & Restaurant
- Merlo Cafe & Bar
- The Sand Bar
- Social Espresso
- The Beach Shack Bar & Grill
What will you need to succeed?
- Have at least 1 year experience in working in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Strong understanding of food safety and practices
- A passion for food and an eagerness to learn and develop culinary skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Well-presented, reliable, and passionate about quality food
- Individuals with high problem-solving skills
- Must work well under pressure and as part of a team
