The Role
As a Strata Manager, you'll take ownership of a diverseportfolio, working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where no two days arethe same.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives onproblem-solving, balancing priorities, and delivering exceptional customerservice.
Key responsibilities include
- Managinga portfolio of schemes with the support of a strata assistant
- Attendingand facilitating body corporate meetings, including minute-taking
- Buildingand maintaining strong relationships with committees and stakeholders
- Providingexpert advice to clients
- Preparingand managing budgets
- Reviewingfinancial statements and overseeing arrears
- Resolvingdisputes in a professional and timely manner
About You
You're an experienced and organised professional with aproactive mindset and strong attention to detail.
You enjoy working bothindependently and as part of a team, and you're confident managing competingpriorities.

- Experiencein strata/body corporate management, real estate, or facilities management
- Strongorganisational and time management skills

- Financialacumen, including budgeting, financial reporting, and arrears management
