SSI Group is seeking a Facilitator – Men's Behaviour Change to deliver group and individual sessions within the SHER program, supporting men from migrant and refugee backgrounds across Logan, Brisbane, Ipswich, Moreton Bay and the Gold Coast.
You will conduct intake interviews, risk assessments, and coordinate with the Women's Safety Practitioner to prioritise safety while maintaining a culturally responsive, non-judgmental approach.
