You'll be the link between our contract housekeepers and the business, assisting with the cleaning and checking of guest rooms and keeping our shared spaces looking their best. Your work directly shapes the guest experience, and no two days are exactly alike.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms and bathrooms to our standards, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces.
- Make beds, change linen and replenish towels, toiletries and amenities.
- Empty bins, wipe down fixtures and appliances, and check rooms are tidy and fully stocked.
- Report any maintenance issues, damage or missing items.
- Assist in cleaning and maintaining lobbies, corridors, lifts, stairwells, restrooms, lounges, dining and function areas, and other shared spaces.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop and spot-clean floors and carpets.
- Clean windows, glass doors, mirrors and high-touch surfaces.
- Keep outdoor areas, entrances and pool or BBQ areas clean and presentable.
- Restock public restrooms and monitor cleanliness throughout the day.
- Handle lost property according to company procedure.
About you
- Follow safe work practices, including correct use of chemicals, equipment and manual handling techniques.
- Maintain and store cleaning equipment and supplies safely.
- Support the team during busy periods and assist with deep cleans and other duties as directed.
- Present a friendly, professional image to guests and colleagues.
