The SRV Group is seeking a motivated, proactive and reliable Operations Team Member to join our transport team.
This is an opportunity for someone with a solid understanding of the transport industry who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, solving problems and keeping operations running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with drivers, workshop staff and depot personnel to maintain scheduling and compliance.

Resolve operational issues and minimise disruptions to freight movements.

Assist with route planning, scheduling and vehicle utilisation.

Ensure compliance with NHVR requirements, fatigue management, mass and dimension limits, and Chain of Responsibility (CoR).

Maintain effective communication across operational teams and escape issues where required.
What We Are Looking For

Transport Knowledge: Strong geographical knowledge of QLD, NSW and VIC freight corridors.

Industry Experience: Experience in transport operations, fleet dispatch or logistics highly regarded.

NHVR & Compliance: Working knowledge of NHVR requirements, fatigue management and Chain of Responsibility.

Initiative & Accountability: Ability to work autonomously, make sound decisions and take ownership of outcomes.

Communication & Teamwork: Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across drivers, workshops and depot teams.

Problem Solving: A practical, solutions-focused approach with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
