SRG Hospitality - Sails Lavender Bay is currently recruiting for Cooks to join our friendly and motivated team at Sails Lavender Bay, Mcmahons Point. From 2 hatted fine dining to stunning waterfront views and relaxed café fare, the group is diverse, offering a range of restaurant experiences to suit every occasion.
About the Role
As a Cook, you will be an integral part of our kitchen team, supporting daily service while maintaining high culinary and food safety standards in a fast-paced environment.
About You
- Relevant culinary qualification and at least 1 year of relevant work experience OR a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role;
- Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm under pressure;
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic;
- High standards of personal presentation and hygiene;
- A positive attitude and genuine passion for cooking;
- Strong teamwork and communication skills;
- Sound understanding of HACCP and Food Safety regulations;
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
