The Position: We're on the lookout for a self-motivated Appointment Generator to help us connect with new customers and set up meetings for our sales team. As the first point of contact, you'll play a key role in helping our company grow by building relationships with potential clients and creating opportunities for our sales team to close. This role might be perfect for you if you're an extrovert who loves talking to new people, enjoys starting conversations, and thrives in a target-driven environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Reaching Out: You'll be responsible for finding and contacting potential clients through cold calling, emails, or LinkedIn messages.
- Setting Appointments: Your main goal will be to schedule discovery calls, demos, or consultations for our sales team.
- Building Relationships: You'll work on building trust and understanding the needs of each prospect.
- CRM Management: You'll keep track of your outreach activities and follow-ups in our CRM.
- Team Collaboration: You'll work closely with our sales team to ensure a smooth transition from the initial conversation to the closing phase.
What We're Looking For:
- At least a year of experience in a sales, lead generation, or appointment-setting role.
- You're a great communicator, whether it's on the phone, via email, or through chat.
- You're results-driven with a strong work ethic.
- You've got a knack for starting conversations and building relationships quickly.
- Comfortable using CRM systems, LinkedIn, email tools, and anything else that comes your way.
- Able to work independently and stay self-motivated.
- Must be based in Australia and legally able to work here.
