Springers Solar – QLD's biggest battery installer – is looking for a qualified electrician to join our growing Service Team!
Looking for a change of pace or to get off the roof? Enjoy a varied role working across solar, batteries and general electrical service, with a company van and phone provided.
$55–$60/hr depending on experience and tickets
Company van and phone provided
13 RDOs + 17% leave loading
Plenty of overtime available if you want it
Work 1:1 with an apprentice each day
Varied work across solar, batteries and EV chargers
Ongoing training and development opportunities
About the role:
You’ll be working across a range of solar, battery and electrical service jobs, including:
- EV charger installations
- Solar and battery fault finding and troubleshooting
- Wi‑Fi reconnections and system monitoring issues
- General service call‑outs
- Battery replacements and repairs
- Diagnosing and resolving customer issues
You’ll be paired 1:1 with an apprentice each day, giving you an extra set of hands while helping develop the next generation of sparkies.
What we're looking for:
- Good fault‑finding and problem‑solving skills
- Confident communicating with customers
- Someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys variety
- Solar and battery experience is a bonus
- SAA Solar & Battery accreditation is highly regarded but not essential
