Coordinating and supporting the team, you'll help deliver safe and high-quality production, using automated packing and palletising machinery.You'll be responsible for:Coordinating daily packing activities, workflow and task allocation.Leading, training and supporting the packing team.Managing rostering, scheduling and shift requirements.Troubleshooting operational issues and coordinating maintenance support.Maintaining strong safety, HACCP, GMP and quality standards.Supporting packing operations and providing hands-on coverage when required.About YouYou may already be a Supervisor, Team Leader or Leading Hand within food manufacturing, packaging or a similar production environment.You'll bring:Proven experience leading a packing team in a manufacturing or production environment.Experience with automated machinery or packing equipment.Strong safety, quality and GMP awareness.Knowledge of HACCP and food safety requirements.Good communication and practical problem-solving skills.Forklift experience/licence preferred.What's on offer at Mauri?A genuine focus on personal development.A culture that celebrates diversity and authenticity.GWF is an equal-opportunity employer and invites applications from diverse backgrounds.
