Spotify AB in Sydney is seeking a Contractor - Customer Success Manager to support our Customer Success team. You will manage campaigns end-to-end across managed and biddable channels, from RFP submission to optimization, upselling, and wrap-up, with proactive consultative client service.
You will use AI tooling and our SAM platform, build relationships with advertisers and agencies, lead reporting and insights, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet KPIs.
