Join Our Team This Holiday Season!
At Sportsgirl, we’re all about fashion, fun, and creating memorable experiences for our customers. From October through January, we’re looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused Christmas Casuals to support our teams during the busiest (and most exciting) time of the year.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands‑on retail experience, work in a fast-paced environment, and be part of a supportive and energetic team.
What You'll Be Doing
- Customer Experience: Create an exceptional in-store experience by offering styling advice, sharing product knowledge, and helping customers find pieces they love.
- Stock Management: Assist with unpacking deliveries, replenishing stock, and keeping the store looking fresh, full and organized.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with your team to achieve store goals and contribute to a positive, high-performing environment.
A Few Things To Note
- This is a short-term casual contract, from October 2026 to January 2027, with no guaranteed minimum hours per week.
- Flexible availability is essential, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
Why You'll Love Working With Us
- Build your retail skills with our online learning program and hands‑on training from your Store Manager.
- Enjoy a 50% team member discount across Sussan Group brands: Sportsgirl, Sussan, and Suzanne Grae.
- Access a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays to maximise your earnings.
- Be part of fun, team‑based incentives—no individual sales targets.
- Opportunity to be considered for an ongoing role beyond the holiday season.
- Join a team that celebrates creativity, diversity, and growth.
