As a receptionist, you will play a key role in creating a positive experience for every patient who visits or contacts our clinic.
You will manage appointments, handle administrative tasks, and support our team of physiotherapists, exercise physiologists and Doctors in delivering exceptional patient care.
Permanent part-time or casual position available.
Key responsibilities
Greet patients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
Answer phone calls, emails, and online enquiries.
Schedule and manage appointments.
Invoice and process payments.
Manage of patient records ensuring confidentiality at all times.
Assist with health fund claims and billing processes.
Maintain the clean and professional image of the clinic and reception area.
Support clinicians with general administrative duties.
Coordinate incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Able to be flexible and fill in for shifts on occasion
