Join our established Burleigh clinic as our new Office Manager, where you'll play a key role in keeping the clinic running smoothly, supporting our clinicians and delivering an exceptional experience for every patient.

Our clinic features three clinical rooms and a gym, bringing together a multidisciplinary team of three Physiotherapists, an Exercise Physiologist, a Podiatrist, Remedial Massage and Dietetics services.

Working closely with the Practice Leader, you'll oversee day-to-day clinic operations, coordinate administrative processes and help create a welcoming, organised environment for both patients and staff.

You'll also work alongside our casual administration team member, who provides approximately 13 hours of support per week.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity suited to someone who enjoys taking ownership, keeping things organised and being the go-to person who helps everything run seamlessly.

The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, with standard hours of 8:30am–5:30pm and an early finish at 3:00pm on Fridays.

  • Lead and support the administration team, including our casual administration support.
  • Help ensure patients receive a welcoming, professional and memorable experience.
  • Coordinate appointment scheduling, phone enquiries and general front desk operations.
  • Support billing, payments, invoicing and end-of-day reconciliation.
  • Assist with clinician support, diary management and general clinic coordination.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and administrative processes.
  • Monitor workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
  • Work closely with the Practice Leader to support clinic performance and team success.
