Splend is seeking a Senior People Business Partner to lead the UK people agenda from our London office.
You will partner with the UK GM and global People & Culture team, owning employee relations, engagement, performance, culture, and end-to-end recruitment.
You'll also lead HRIS migration planning and policies to ensure compliant, scalable practices.
You'll coach leaders, drive workforce planning, and shape how we hire in London while collaborating with AU-based teams on global projects.
