We are looking for a professional experienced operator to be employed as a full-time driver. This is a full-time position with immediate start. Minimum hours apply plus time and a half after 8 hours worked.
You will drive a HC Crane truck. Steel, restraint and tarping experience is essential. A minimum of 3 years HC driving experience is required.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- These are full-time positions with no weekends.
- Local and country work delivering steel within Tamworth and surrounding areas.
- You must have reliable transport, manual experience and be flexible.
- You will be required to drive an HC truck, with standard and extendable trailers.
- You will be doing deliveries in Tamworth and surrounding towns.
- You will be offered a minimum of 40 hours per week, plus time and a half rate for overtime over 8 hours per day.
- No overnight stays; return to local base daily.
CRITERIA:
- Applicants MUST have a minimum of 3 years heavy vehicle experience.
- Have full Australian working rights, as we are unable to offer sponsorship.
- Be available for full-time hours, plus overtime.
- Have steel, restraint and tarping experience.
- Have a positive attitude, good communication skills, be reliable, punctual and well presented.
- Have a strong focus on customer service and safety.
- This role is for steel experienced operators only.
