Spinifex Caravans is a Queensland based manufacturer of custom built off road caravans. We are looking for a reliable, hands on and detail oriented person to join our team in a varied role combining caravan detailing, finishing and stock control.
This position plays an important part in ensuring our custom built caravans are completed to a high standard before pre-delivery inspections and customer handover.

About the Role
- Detailing and finishing custom built caravans to a high standard.
- Finishing tasks such as sealing windows, doors, hatches and panel joints.
- Inspecting caravans for minor defects, imperfections and items requiring attention.
- Checking completed caravans against build specifications and checklists to ensure all required items are fitted.
- Identifying and coordinating any outstanding work with relevant manufacturing departments.
- Receiving and putting away incoming stock deliveries.
- Maintaining stock item checklists and assisting with general stock control.
- Keeping work areas clean, organised and safe.

About You
- A strong eye for detail and pride in producing quality workmanship.
- A practical, hands on approach and a willingness to learn.
- The ability to identify imperfections and ensure work is completed to a high standard.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to follow checklists and specifications.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A reliable attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Previous experience in caravan manufacturing, vehicle detailing, finishing, assembly or a similar hands-on role will be highly regarded.
- A current forklift license is preferred, or willing to obtain one.

Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 7:30 am – 4:00 pm
- Friday: 7:30 am – 1:30 pm
