We’re hiring: Marketing Manager / Marketing Operations Lead

We’re looking for a hands‑on Marketing Operations Lead/Marketing Manager to join our highly successful fashion client, to turn big campaign ideas into flawless execution. You’ll be the engine room of a busy retail and ecommerce marketing team, freeing up the Head of Marketing to focus on strategy and direction.
What you’ll own:
- Retail marketing delivery across major shopping centre groups, independents and priority stores
- Campaign, content and ecommerce shoots, from brief to final assets
- The marketing calendar and critical path
- Budget tracking, invoicing and spend reconciliation
- Campaign communications and reporting that turn learnings into action
- Day‑to‑day coordination across design, ecommerce, social, product, finance, agencies and suppliers
You might be a great fit if you:
- Have around 3-5 years of marketing experience, ideally in retail, fashion or consumer brands
- Are a strong project manager with sharp attention to detail
- Stay calm and organised when priorities shift
- Are confident with budgets, invoices and Excel
- Bonus: shopping centre marketing, shoot management or retail systems experience
