Sales Administrator - We're currently recruiting for a
Sales Administrator to join our client based in
Ipswich Suffolk on a temp to perm basis.

About the Role:
The role is to be the point of contact to join the commercial sales team. You will be responsible for identifying customer requirements and driving sales of spares for our machinery range, machine & service works. This is a full-time role, Monday - Friday, day shift, 37.5 hours per week, 8am - 4.30pm (some flexibility with start and finish times). The starting pay rate is £15.38 per hour.
Duties:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Prepare proposals, quotations, equipment specifications, and cost estimates
- Support project delivery from initial enquiry through installation, commissioning, and after-sales support*
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, sales pipelines, and customer records using CRM systems
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience would be preferred but not essential
- Flexible and willing to learn new tasks within the department
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Commercial awareness with strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
