As a full-time role, you will play a key part in providing an outstanding customer experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of the store. What you'll be doing
- Delivering exceptional customer service and providing personalised optical advice
- Assisting with the sales process, including frame selection, measurements and dispensing
- Maintaining the store's presentation
- Providing support to the Store Manager in managing the day-to-day operations
- Contributing to the overall performance and success of the store
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within the optical or retail industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately and efficientlyEnthusiasm, a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional results
- The flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends (no evenings)
