- Comprehensive 2.5-week induction covering clinical standards and business management
- Full business and administrative support, including payroll, marketing, IT, accounts payable, and supply chain
- Ongoing business, clinical, and professional guidance from a dedicated Support Office
- Proven systems that allow you to focus on your customers and clinical excellence
Remuneration & Benefits:
- Guaranteed salary $120,000 + super
- Monthly profit share once the business is profitable
- Long-term share value in the business you build
- 5 weeks annual leave + birthday leave

About You:
- Hold (or be eligible to hold) a Qualified Practitioner number and full membership with Audiology Australia or ACAud
- Have 2+ years' post-QP clinical experience
- Demonstrate strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
- Be motivated to help shape the future of hearing care through clinical excellence and transparency
