We are looking for a confident and customer-focused individual to join our inbound call team .
In this role, you will be an important point of contact, delivering a high standard of customer service in a fast-paced environment.
You will report to the Call Centre Manager.
Duties & responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound calls professionally and efficiently
- Assist with appointment confirmations and general patient enquiries
- Provide accurate and timely administrative support
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail when handling patient and appointment information
- Liaise confidently with secretarial staff and doctors
- Contribute positively to the wider team and support day-to-day operations
Skills & experience
- Call Centre Experience is Essential for this role
- Availability to work a rotating roster Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 5:30pm
- You need to be able to work well within a team as well as independently
- Ability to multi-task and work well in abusy environment
- Positive attitude and show initiative
- Confident liaising with Specialist Doctors
- High attention to detail
