Accor is hiring a Spa Therapist in Port Douglas, Queensland, for Vie Spa at Pullman Port Douglas Sea Temple Resort & Spa. The role is permanent and it centers on a full guest-service rhythm that includes treatments, room upkeep, retail focus, and polished presentation. The work covers massage, facials, body therapies, pedicures, and spa packages. It suits a therapist who can stay steady through guest flow and keep treatment time calm, clean, and precise.
The work at Pullman Port Douglas Sea Temple Resort & Spa also asks for strong product knowledge, appointments and payment handling, and personalised home care advice. The posting calls out weekend and late-shift flexibility, plus hotel or resort spa experience, which makes the pace clear. A Diploma or Cert IV in Beauty Therapy or Massage sits at the center of the qualification list. The job also stresses composure under pressure and a positive approach to guest service.
Who This Role Suits
The strongest match is a therapist with a Diploma or Cert IV in Beauty Therapy or Massage and real hotel or resort spa experience. The posting also favors someone who can hold steady under pressure, stay polished, and shift between client care and light administration without friction. That blend matters in a property spa that serves both treatment guests and the retail side of the business.
The work suits someone who sees the room as part of the guest experience, not just the table and the oils. Port Douglas gives the job a tropical resort setting, and the treatment list matches that setting with a broad service mix. The role suits a therapist who wants a permanent hotel-spa position with clear standards and a strong guest-facing pace.
