Just Spas Canberra is seeking a Retail Sales Specialist to join our team. We sell premium Australian-made spas, swim spas, saunas, and urban pools and we need someone who can sell on quality, not just price.
About the Role:
- Sell spas, swim spas, saunas, and urban pools-helping customers improve their lifestyle.
- Convert showroom and online enquiries into sales-in person, by phone, and email.
- Complete general administration tasks, including updating customer records, processing paperwork, and following up enquiries.
- Assist with day-to-day store operations, including stock handling, logistics, customer service, showroom presentation, and general store upkeep.
- Work weekends-Saturday and Sunday availability on a rotating roster is essential.
What We are Looking For:
- A strong background in sales, ideally from furniture, bedding, automotive, electronics, or other big-ticket retail sectors.
- Confidence in closing deals and handling objections with ease.
- Excellent communication skills – you're great at painting the lifestyle, not just describing the product.
- Solid attention to detail – especially with product knowledge and paperwork.
- A hands-on team player, willing to help across all aspects of store operations.
