We are seeking an experienced, dynamic and highly organised Practice Coordinator to join our Sydney CBD team.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the practice to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
• Lead and support the front office team while fostering a positive, accountable culture
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience from the first point of contact through to treatment completion
• Manage appointment scheduling to maximise clinician productivity and chair utilisation
• Oversee patient communication, recalls and follow-up systems
• Support clinicians with daily coordination and ensure seamless communication across the practice
• Monitor practice performance, daily production and key administrative processes
• Assist with team training, onboarding and maintaining practice standards
• Manage patient enquiries and resolve concerns professionally and efficiently
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with practice policies and procedures
• Uphold the clinic's premium presentation, customer service and operational standards

We are looking for someone who

• Has previous experience as a Practice Coordinator, Practice Manager, Senior Dental Receptionist or similar leadership role within a dental practice
• Is highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
• Has outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Leads by example with a positive, proactive and solutions-focused attitude
• Thrives in a structured, high-performing environment
• Is confident managing competing priorities and supporting a busy clinical team
• Demonstrates professionalism, accountability and strong leadership qualities
