SP Coastal Investments Pty Ltd - Surfers Paradise is seeking an experienced on-site management couple to oversee a riverside complex.
This is not an entry-level position; you will take responsibility for daily operations with minimal supervision.
Office hours are 8:30am - 5pm Monday to Friday and 8:30am - 12pm Weekends.
Generous package includes pet-friendly on-site 2-bedroom/2-bathroom apartment and Up to 12 months contract with a thorough handover from the current manager.
