Southport Sharks is seeking experienced Lead Bartenders to join our venues on the Gold Coast, including Kaktus Mexican restaurant and Lounge Bar.
This is a hands-on role demanding smooth service, quality cocktails and energetic teamwork.
You'll bring strong bar experience, confidence with cocktail prep, excellent customer service and communication, plus the ability to lead during busy shifts.
