Store Manager in Bunbury

About the role

We are seeking a Store Manager to join Clover’s General Store in Bridgetown, WA. This position is 70 hours per fortnight 7am-2pm, Monday to Friday, that offers the perfect opportunity for a dedicated employee looking to lead a dynamic store environment. As Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, driving sales performance, and creating an exceptional customer experience. This role is pivotal to the success of our store and plays a key role in delivering our company’s strategic objectives within the retail and consumer products sector.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient business processes
• Manage and motivate staff, training, performance management and scheduling
• Drive sales performance and work towards achieving store targets
• Maintain store standards, including visual merchandising, cleanliness and product displays
• Manage inventory control, stock ordering and logistics
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations and relevant legislation
• Implement and promote company initiatives and promotional campaigns
• Build strong relationships with local community and customers to enhance brand loyalty

• Current working rights in Australia
• Preferred: Experience in a similar retail environment or specific product category
