We are currently seeking a Disability Support Worker who lives in and around the Wollongbar area to support a 67year-old male participant who hasa Spinal Cord Injury and aTraumatic Brain Injury.
While your skills/qualifications and experience tell us part of your story, your values, attitude and cultural alignment with Southern Cross are essential.

Duties include but not limited to:
- Domestic assistance
- Meal preparation
- Use of special equipment
- Documentation and reporting
Qualified Allied healthcare professionals will also provide education in specific allied healthcare plans.
What you need:
- Current references
- Current driver's license and your own car
- Car Registration
- NDIS workers screening check or willing to obtain (mandatory)
- First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain (mandatory)
- Working with Children's Check or willing to obtain - Paid (mandatory)
- Certificate III (Ageing and Disability) or equivalent (mandatory)
