We are currently seeking aDisability Support Workerwho lives in and around the Nowraarea to support a 4year-old boywith a tracheostomyto remainlivingwithin hishome.

Duties include but not limited to:
- Assistance with personal care tasks
- Medication administration
- Light domestic assistance
- Management of tracheostomy and peg feeding
You will be supported by qualified healthcare professionals and would get the necessary training and skills to do the best job you can.
Available shift times 7 days per week are:
- AM shifts 7am - 10am
- PM shifts -Active overnights 7pm to 7am available
Job Type:Contractor
What you need:
- Passionate about caring and committed to client wellbeing
- Current references
Current driver's licence and your own car with insurance
Car Registration
NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain (mandatory)
First Aid certificate or willingness to obtain (mandatory)
Working With Children Check – Paid (mandatory)
Certificate III (Ageing and Disability) or equivalent (desirable)
