Southern Cross Care Queensland is seeking a PALM Scheme Coordinator to support recruitment, onboarding and welfare for PALM workers across rural and regional Queensland.
You will work with PALM workers, WWSPs, Recruitment, and P&C teams to ensure smooth processes and escalation when needed.
The role emphasizes accurate record-keeping, relationship-building with culturally diverse staff, and compliant operations.
A HR or admin qualification and experience in workforce coordination are desirable.
